Hours Description: Full-time position: 40 hrs/week

Working in the Lumber department at our Home & Garden Centre, job duties include:

  • Providing leadership to a team of approximately 14 employees
  • Customer service
  • Sales, margins, expenses, & inventory
  • Ensuring all merchandising standards, recruitment, performance management, & employee training standards are met
  • Adherence to Health & Safety policy & all other company policies
  • Ensuring claims, invoices, & all other paperwork is completed on time
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Position requires:

  • Flexible availability to hours of operation (days, evenings, weekends)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to sell large projects
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
