Hours Description: Full time position

Working out of our Central Alberta (to be decided) Pharmacy location, Job duties for this position include:

Prepare and oversee the preparation of prescription medication to patients or medical practitioners and make decisions regarding generic substitution of prescribed pharmaceuticals, counsel patients, and/or medical practitioners on drug indications / contraindications, dosage, drug interactions and side effects & provide other drug & pharmaceutical information, take patient histories as required, making initial clinical assessments and referring patients to appropriate clinicians, provide guidance to Pharmacy Assistants and monitor performance, other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements for this position: Licensed Pharmacist, flexible availability for hours, days and evenings.
